When will my order ship?

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 5pm EST will ship within 24 hours. For Expedited and 2-Day shipping, orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time or placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday). For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Please note: Orders placed during special promotions (Singles Day/Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
